If any, previous treatment experiences, tests, and analyses of the couple are evaluated.
Woman’s ovaries and uterus and man’s sperm status are evaluated. Necessary hormone tests are performed.
The therapy is initiated on the 2nd or 3rd day of the menstrual period. In this step, the ovaries are stimulated to increase the number of mature eggs with IVF medications.
Before the procedure, ovulation induction injection is administered and after 32-36 hours on average, eggs that become mature are collected with the help of a needle under local anesthesia. Sperms are also collected during egg collection process.
The sperm obtained from the male is injected into the eggs obtained from the woman through microinjection in the laboratory environment. The development of the embryos is monitored for 24 hours with “EmbryoScope”.
The best quality embryo is selected and transferred to the uterus of the mother candidate.
Blood pregnancy test is performed on the 10th day of the transfer. The test is repeated 2 days later to ensure that a healthy pregnancy is achieved.
